Shipments and returns


You’ve got shipping questions? We have shipping answers.
Our deliveries go out on the Monday or Tuesday of every week. We ship on these days only to protect the plant from delays that last over the weekend. It is very important that new plants are unloaded and watered as soon as possible to insure viability.
We ship only UPS. We do not add any handling fees to our shipment. Jack Rabbit Nursery only delivers to the continental US.
No deliveries outside of the country.
Important Plant Shipment Notice:
We do not ship ground cover plants or lawn plugs to these states:
Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico,
Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Islands.
Returns
It is rare, but in the event of a plant making it to you DOA or infected, please follow the following instructions.
1.Take a picture of the plant to show state of receipt.
2.Email us at returns@jackrabbitnursery.com
3.State in the email the order number and date of receipt.
4.You will receive a response within 48 hours with your RMA number and returning instructions.We ship special instructions to perform on the plant as soon as your receive it.
