Gold Mound Spirea is a mounding deciduous  shrub with oval sharp-toothed that emerge gold but matures to yellow-green and gains shades of yellow, oranges, and reds in fall  Flat-topped clusters of pink flowers cover the plant in later spring to summer.  Grows best in  full sun and well-drained soils.  Removed spent flowers to encourage additional bloom.
