Lucerne Blue-Eyed Grass is a low growing semi-evergreen perennial wildflower with medium green lance-like foliage. The distinctively flat flower stems hold heavy blooms of intense purple-blue flowers with yellow eyes in late spring and early summer. Best color withfull sunand well-drained soils.
MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Well-drained soils will avoid root/crown rot and rust issues. Sear back after bloom to prevent any unwanted self-seeding. LANDSCAPE USES: Accents or Group Plantings, Borders, Naturalized Areas, Wildlife Garden, Rock Gardens, and Containers.
